Bernard Harrington BCom(Acc) FCA FCCA - Managing Partner
Bernard is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He trained as a chartered accountant with a multinational firm and qualified in 1982 going on to establish his own practice in 1999. He has extensive working knowledge of all aspects of accountancy, taxation and audit as well a thorough knowledge of company management and systems development. Bernard lives with his family near Swindon and enjoys golf in his spare time, football being a distant memory now! He is the President of Highworth Cricket Club and a former member of the local Round Table.

Neil Fox ACA CTA - Business Services Director
Neil is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser as well as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He joined BHG in 2006 and has over 23 years experience initially as an audit manager and marketing director but subsequently as an accounts and tax specialist. Neil resides with his partner in Minety and spends most of his free time trying to keep track of what his teenage children are up to and ferrying them from one place to another.

Dan Watkins FCCA - Senior Accountant
Dan joined BHG in 2001. He successfully completed his ACCA examination through BHG in its capacity as an ACCA Approved Employer for trainee development. Dan has an extensive knowledge of accountancy compliance issues as well as an outstanding understanding of numerous accountancy and payroll software products. Dan is married with two children and resides in Swindon. Dan's interests include football, music, and reading and when not in work he enjoys spending time relaxing with his family.

Gemma Bedry BSc (Hons) ACCA - Senior Accountant
Gemma joined BHG in May 2005 and successfully completed her ACCA qualification following in the same footsteps as Dan. Gemma has an excellent understanding of accountancy and payroll systems and regularly conducts face to face meetings with clients assisting them with their accounts and payroll packages. Gemma resides in Swindon. Outside of work she loves to travel, enjoys keeping fit and socialising with her friends.

Sonia Maycock BSc (Hons) ACA - Tax Consultant
Sonia joined BHG in 2003. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990, having trained with a multinational firm and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. She has an extensive working knowledge of Corporation Tax issues having previously worked as a Corporation Tax Manager for one of the 'Big Four' accountancy firms. Sonia resides in Lechlade with her husband and two daughters.

May Pearson - Personal Tax Manager
May is the firm’s personal tax consultant and has been with BHG since its establishment in 1999. May is a former HMRC personal tax specialist and has an unrivalled and extensive working knowledge of the HMRC and personal tax issues. May works closely with our accounts team to ensure our clients fully benefit from the numerous tax regulations. May resides in Watchfield with her husband. May enjoys all things equestrian and in her spare time keeps busy looking after her retired horse.

Anne Snow MA - Director - Consultancy
Anne is an innovative and accredited consultant and executive coach operating at Board level. Experienced at creating and growing businesses, improving profitability, building revenue streams and developing people in private, professional and public sectors. Anne has over twenty years experience in working internationally, across a broad range of sectors, organisations and cultures. Anne enjoys going to the theatre, travelling, keeping fit and is currently in a lengthy process of renovating an old house in Wiltshire.
