Communication
- You will always receive a warm welcome and personal attention when you call at our offices.
- Telephone messages will be dealt with as you request within two working days.
- Wherever possible, we will allocate a named team of people to handle your business and tax affairs on an ongoing basis.
- Letters and e-mails will be acknowledged or answered within two days of receipt.
- Subject to receiving all the necessary information from you, draft accounts will be sent for your approval within a month.
- All new clients will be contacted by one of our team within two working days of receipt of a signed engagement letter.
- Our staffing levels will be at a level commensurate with maintaining a first class personal service to all of our clients.
